FAQ

The quantities available on the RDSH website are all of the pieces that are finished and in stock. Since our warehouse is also our production facility, there is no "back". As soon as sewing and quality checking is finished, we update the available quantities.

We are a reaaaally small operation and while we do our best to keep up with demand, we just can't produce that much while still maintaining our values. And yes, we need to maintain our values.

We do our best to ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

The delay is to give us time to double check quality, quantity, and to make your package look extra good :)

We do! However due to the cost of international shipping, we can not provide free shipping for orders shipped outside the US.

Please take a look at the product page for the item that you like for detailed sizing information.

Product images with models have the model measurements to give you an idea of the fit.

There is also a SIZE CHART that shows measurement ranges for each size.

If you are in doubt about fit, make sure not to get your piece dirty or to remove the tags until you try it on.

If all else fails, see the section below for help with returns.

That's okay. Please send us an email via the contact form with your name, order number, and information about what you would like to return.

We can only accept returns of pieces that have not been worn or washed and still have the tags attached. Once we receive your return we will inspect it and issue a refund if applicable. We reserve the right to reject your return for any reason.
